Troubleshooting

I've had some students tell me that they are experiencing issues with the videos loading or being out of sync. If this is a problem for you, here are some things you can do....

1. Use Google Chrome. According to tech support at Fedora, Google Chrome is the best browser to use to view the videos. Internet explorer has the most challenges. So, if possible, consider using Google Chrome - it's free. Click here for more info or to download Google Chrome. (I personally use Google Chrome and I keep testing the videos and have no issues.)

2. Switch the format of the videos. If you right click on a video, you can change the format that it is played in. This may help if your computer/browser is having trouble with the default format.

3. Contact me. If neither of the above help, please send me an email at [email protected]. I recently moved the course over to this platform (Teachable) because I wanted to provide you with a better user experience. If you are having a tough time using the videos, that is absolutely not okay, and I need to cancel my agreement with Teachable and find a better platform.
